Note 1: provide job descriptions (length of work and quantitative process), photos at work, insured salary details, and summary of discharge record, medical certificate, controversial official letters and related documents. Note 2: occupational disease diagnostic criteria mainly include five criteria - evidences of disease and occupational exposure, and known evidences that comply with epidemiology, exclusion of pathogenic factors. In short, determination of occupational diseases will firstly subject to confirmation of disease diagnosed medically, judgment of existence and rationality of work-related pathogenic factors, and determination of disease determined as the cause of occupational factor with possibilities caused by other non- occupational factors excluded simultaneously. Moreover, in order to provide clearer diagnosis direction, the Council has further drafted reference index for occupational disease recognition which provided as a reference to the judgment of doctors.
